Is the registration for free?

Yes, the registration is for free.

What shoul i do, if i have problems with login?

Please follow these instructions:

Check your logon details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.

If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgotten Password" option.

Else you can call us or write us an email.

How can i become a customer and how can i see the prices?

You just have to be registered, to see the prices. Once you are registered, you are welcome as a customer of Wholesale4Fashion.

How do i track my order?

After request, we can send you the tracking number.

Is the registration and purchase possible without vat number?

Yes, the vat number is only required, if the company is located outside of Germany in Europe.

In this case you will receive a tax-free-delivery.

If you have not a vat number and still in Europe, then you have to pay the taxes.

Outside of Europe (Export) is no vat number needed and you will get tax-free-delivery.

Is there a minimum quantity for shopping on Wholesale4Fashion?

Yes. Please look at the minimum quantity for each item.

For smaller quantity, please contact us.

Can i get any discount on my order?

There are discounts for each item, see scaled prices.

If you want to order more, please contact us. We will check, if more discount is possible or not.

Are the prices included tax?

No, all our prices are without taxes.

Which payment methods can i use?

The payment methods are normal bank transfer in advance or cash & carry.

Can i visit your warehouse and see the goods?

Yes, but you need a confirmed appointment. Please contact us to discuss an appointment.

What are the opening hours?

Normally Monday - Friday, 10 - 18 o'clock.

Are the offered products in stock?

Yes, normally the offered products are in stock.

If a product is sold out, we will inform you after your order or request.
